Shipping Policy

 

Machee Creates strives to ensure all items are shipped in a timely and high-quality fashion. All artwork and products are packaged and shipped from Washington DC. Shipping usually takes place on Saturdays and should arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

Art prints are packed and ready to hang or frame. Greeting cards are ready to be written in and shared. Buttons are ready to be placed on to items and displayed.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns and exchanges are not generally accepted. If an item is received damaged you have the option of filing a claim with the post office or mail carrier. Exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email contact@macheecreates.com and be sure to submit photos with packaging and damage displayed.

 

 

Missing & Lost Packages

 

Items will not be covered or replaced if tracking shows the item as delivered. Please contact your local post office or mail carrier to file a claim.
